Kyrö Distillery‘s home is located in the old Isokyrö Dairy. The dairy produced award-winning products from 1908 until its eventual closing in 2008. Kyrö decided to honour the legacy by creating a delicious fresh cream, this time fused with a splash of their rye whisky.

Finnish School Food - Workshop

After hosting successful Karelian Pie workshops at the SHTM of PolyU, we were honored to be asked back once again and this time we did something different! We introduced the students to the history and story behind the Finnish School Food and why it might be one of the reasons for Finland's success in multiple areas. The students were also able to taste "Pinaattikeitto" (Spinach soup) and "Pulla" (Finnish Cardamom Bread) and to our lovely surprised - they loved it! Thank you again to SHTM and we hope to be back soon ~
